I may have spelled it incorrectly (Spell check didn’t even have it) I am speaking of a type of cake with coffee in it. I believe its Italian. I love how it tastes, I would love a recipe, prefferably one from home you have used, but any will do. Thanks!

We want to make the chocolate coffee dipping plastic spoons for our craft fair. We would like to get recipes for having chocolate on the out side and another filling inside. Like carmel or marshmello. Can this be done?

Dry winter weather is hard on my already dry hair. I prefer natural methods to chemical. I’ve heard of a couple natural remedies over the years.
One highlighting method said to mix molasses in your conditioner. Another said to saturate hair with a cup of cooled espresso for 15min.
One moisturising method said to mix 1 tbls each of olive oil, safflower oil, sunflower oil and flaxseed oil, and 1 tsp lavender oil. apply to dry hair and apply warm heat for 3-5min, set for 20min. Shampoo and condition.
I would like to moisturize and highlight at the same time. Maybe I could mix fine coffee grounds to the oil mixture….
Anyone know of any recipes?

I’m trying to catalog all the recipes of my grandmother who recently passed away. The recipe is 5 cups water, 4 cups sugar, 1 vanilla bean, 1 cup instant coffee, 1 qt 80 proof vodka. Boil water and sugar, add coffee and cool. Add vodka and vanilla bean, pour into gallon jug and shake every day for 21 days, then bottle.
Is it Kahlua?

Yesterday I went to one of my friends birthday party and her mom made the best cake ever! It was a regular chocolate cake with a really thin layer of chocolate icing in the middle and the icing on the outside was chocolate-coffee (I know that the coffee was Maxwells House if that helps) I would apriciate The whole recipe but If you have a recipe for the icing please tell me!If you need anything else just ask!:]]
Thanks!!!!!

I don’t drink tea or coffee (or herbal tea/coffee), and was wondering if anyone knew any good hot drinks (or recipes) that could be a substitute for these? I like hot chocolate/milk, but was looking for something not so creamy…. But anything would be appreciated. Thanks!

So I’m baking a cake for my cousin’s birthday, and I need a good recipe for a chocolate cake (she’s turning 10, so no coffee or any other “adult tastes”, please).
I don’t want it to be too sweet and since I’m planning on making 2 or 3 levels, it has to rise and become quite tall (somewhere between 2 and 2.5 inches is good).

I bought a bottle of Mernaya Honey and Pepper vodka tonight because it looked interesting. Well, it’s not terrible, but it’s not a sipper. It isn’t very sweet or very spicy and the vodka has a strong flavor to it. I’m trying to find a recipe that will compliment the flavors. I tried mixing it with some homemade coffee liqueur and that was pretty tasty but I don’t want the caffiene in the liqueur to keep me up all night. Any ideas?
