No, sorry. It’s illegal for the home consumer to prepare such drinks. It used to be legal for you to do this but there was an incident in Peoria AZ 30 years ago that was, well, let’s just say………tragic and leave it at that. The US government now has a hand in the brewing of the coffee, the freezing of the ice, and the baristas at Starbucks. You know they’re robots right?. the tax collected from the “iced coffee” production is used to fund special interest groups that the government feels “deserving” at that time.
Hope this answered your question.
P.S.
You didn’t hear this from me, but I’ve heard a whisper or two of an underground faction that is preparing this concoction in so far as I can tell, an undisclosed location. You have to know somebody who knows somebody to even get a sip. I hear it’s pretty high-grade stuff.

This is how the pros do iced coffee. It’s called Cold Press, and it’s easy to do at home:
-Grind coffee for French Press brewing method.
-Measure the desired amount of coffee into a pitcher, jar or French press.
-Pour cold water over it – the same amount you would use for brewing hot coffee.
-Leave overnight (12-16 hours).
-Filter the grounds out and place the coffee in the fridge. It stays good for 1-2 days.
