Can You Fill The Chocolate Spoons With Carmel Or Any Other Fillings?

January 31st, 2010 by Rexx

We want to make the chocolate coffee dipping plastic spoons for our craft fair. We would like to get recipes for having chocolate on the out side and another filling inside. Like carmel or marshmello. Can this be done?

Bark chocolate is in grocery stores and comes in block form. Melt it, dip spoon & chill. melt caramels and follow recipe on pkg. fill spoons and chill until their set (firm). Take them out and dip into chocolate again and chill once more so it hardens. You can also get Bark white chocolate, maybe cherry pie filling or maraschino cherries, then pour second coat on top and chill. try adding mint extract to the milk chocolate?

They use straws for this. And they squirt in the caramel etc.
    Examples:
Have you seen that other gum lollipops have holes in their stick? Thats how the gum is placed inside.
