Melt it, dip spoon & chill. melt caramels and follow recipe on pkg. fill spoons and chill until their set (firm). Take them out and dip into chocolate again and chill once more so it hardens. You can also get Bark white chocolate, maybe cherry pie filling or maraschino cherries, then pour second coat on top and chill. try adding mint extract to the milk chocolate?
