Does everybody answering have broken wrists and they can’t replace half of the liquid in the recipe with coffee?
    That’s your answer!
Experiment a little; food is for fun!

I have never been able to find a recipe for the Coffee flavoured coffe cake either however, we have made it a few times using just a regular coffee cake recipe and substituting a portion of the milk with a shot or two of espresso. This works best of you use a 2% or higher fat milk.
I hope this work out for you, it always has for us :) My DaddyO loves the stuff for a midnight snack so I always make it for him whenever we get home for the holidays.
If it calls for 2 cups of milk exchange 1/2 – 3/4 cup of the milk for espresso or stronger coffee. If you would like any extra clarification please feel free to drop me a line.
Take care :) And never be afraid to throw some chocolate covered coffee beans on top ;)

I don’t have a recipe, but I’m just wondering if you have tried taking a plain cake mix, such as yellow or white, and adding room-temp coffee instead of the water when mixing it up.
Or…you could add a dry flavored coffee mix (like Gen. Foods International. Coffee) to the batter and give it good coffee flavor.
The cake sounds delicious, with coffee flavoring…I hope you find one…but in the meantime, you might consider my suggestion…
    Good Luck!

I can’t find my coffe strudel cake recipe but you could just add strong brewed coffe like another answere suggested or buy instant coffe granuals and mix 1-2 tsp in eith the liquid.
Then just find a good struedle recipe, look for struedel muffins and just use the struedel part.
