Coffee Cup Apple Crisp?

I have had coffee cup cupcakes that are personal size, and wanted to know if there is a recipe for coffee cup apple crisp, microwave or oven.

You need a muffin pan and foil cupcake liners. Peel, core and thinly slice apples into muffin pan cups until 3/4 full. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Mix 1 Cube of margarine or butter – (1/2 cup), 1 cup of flour and 1 cup of sugar until coarse crumbs form. Then by tablespoon heap the topping over the apples and press firmly until they are ’sealed’ over apples. Bake for 30-45 min – until knife inserted slides in easily. When done you should be able to use a fork and lift the ‘foil cups’ out to place on saucer to serve.
