		<description>actually they mean a CUP measure... you get actual cup measures (made by PYREX, etc) and spoon measures which you should use while measuring quantities during cooking. If you use an ordinary cup from your kitchen, the ingredient quantity will vary depending on the size and type of your cup you use! Go to a kitchen supply store and buy a cup measure which will mark out oz, ml., 1/2 cup, 1/4 cup, etc.</description>
