Coffee Frosting?

January 5th, 2010 by Rexx

Okay, over christmas, I made a cake with a homemade frosting. Now, I can’t find the recipe and I can’t remember what was in it. It had only 3 ingredients, I think. It called for coffee, heavy whipping cream, and something else, but I can’t remember what it was. Does anyone know what it might be?

sugar … If it was a whipped frosting, you probably beat the cream with instant coffee and regular granulated sugar, until it was stiff peaks…. Otherwise, you may have beat the unwhipped cream, with some coffee and alot of powdered sugar to make a creamy, thicker frosting……
