Coffee (not Espresso!) Drink Recipes That Do Not Contain Alcohol?

I don’t have an espresso maker, so that is out. But what can I add to my joe (hot or cold) to change it up?

    Creamy Ice Coffee
    Cold coffee mixed with milk, half-and-half, and chocolate liqueur. Serve over ice.
    1 1/2 quarts brewed coffee, room temperature
    1 cup milk
    1 cup half-and-half cream
    1/3 cup white sugar
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    2 tablespoons creme de cacao
    In a pitcher, combine cooled coffee, milk and half-and-half. Stir in sugar, vanilla and creme de cacao. Chill in refrigerator until ready to serve.

    7 oz hot coffee
    2 tsp sugar
    1 oz milk
    1 – 3 oz creme de cacao
    Serve hot in a coffee mug.

    If you are using brewed coffee, brew it stronger, about twice what you would normally use and add milk to it to make a psuedo-latte or psuedo-cappuccino.. They usually work but won’t fool anyone, they do work better for iced coffee recipes.
