Does Anybody Know A Easy And Good Brownie Or Cookie Recipe?

Can the recipe have no cinnamon, shortening, vanilla or almond extract, nutmeg, cocoa, ground coffee, and unsweetened chocolate?
(Just the simplest ingredients: flour, sugar, butter, eggs, chocolate morsels, nuts, etc., please)
