Does Anyone Have A Recipe For A Drop Cookie That Takes 1 Cup Of Cold Coffee?

My mother use to make these & she is deceased and I cannot find her recipe for these, would greatly appreciate it if anyone has a recipe & would like to share it. Thanks so much!

Old English Drop Cookies Recipe
Ingredients:
2 cups brown sugar
1 cup cold coffee
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 cups raisins
1 cup shortening or margarine
2 eggs
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 cut chopped walnuts
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda, dissolved in 1 tablespoon water
In large bowl, combine the ingredients above and mix well.
Drop by the teaspoonful on greased cooked sheet.
Bake at 375 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
