I was helping you hunt for this recipe because I love the stuff also and thought what a great idea. I did find out that this stuff is full of crap and really bad for us so I wont be using it anymore. I think a better alternative would be to use spiced up condensed milk instead. I'm on a mission now and am going to try some stuff in the kitchen the next few days to find a better recipe. If you find yours, will you email it to me? the closest recipe I could find is as follows which is not even close to what you are describing and that powdered coffee creamer is SO bad. I never knew.
2 cups water (boiling hot)
2 cups powdered coffee creamer
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract or extract, of your choice
Im adding these recipes I just found hoping they help until you find what you are looking for:
make an easy and delicious coffee creamer from condensed milk. All it is is 1 1/2 c. milk, and 1 can sweetened condensed milk. mix it together and store it in the fridge in an airtight container. You can make it amaretto by adding 1/2 t. cinnamon, and 1 t. almond extract.
or
Start with 1 can sweetened condensed milk. Add 1-1/2 cups fat free milk and 1 T vanilla. Mix in blender and store in container. This will keep in fridge for approximately 2 weeks.
Variations:
1} add 1 T cocoa and 1 t. almond extract for chocolate almond flavor.
2} add 1 t almond extract and 1/2 t orange extract for cappuccino. I hope this helps.
