Does Anyone Know A Really Good Coffee-milkshake Recipe ?

July 16th, 2009 by Rexx

Two scoops coffee ice cream
1 cup milk
2 Tbsp coffee syrup
Add more ice cream for a thicker shake and more milk for a thinner shake.
If you can’t find coffee syrup, try chocolate syrup for more of a mocha flavor.

Depending on the size you want. This is for 8oz.
1 cup coffee ice cream semi soft. put in blender. mix 2tbs of instant coffee with 1tbs of hot water;stir well. After it is stirred well add to ice cream. add 1/4 tsp of cinnamon (if desired)to ice cream mixture. Add 1/4c heavy cream/cream/milk and milk to ice cream mix. The milk is added as needed. you may like it thicker or thinner. This is for thick;yet sippable through straw. Oh yes, and it does give you energy. I made this for my fiance and i at 1am. Wrong….we didn’t get to sleep till 4am.
