Very easy….
Use instant coffee and add it to your softened store bought ice cream. You must watch the texture carefully. If it melts it has gone too far. Just keep poking it while it sits in the refrigerator. Then when it is soft, not melted, put in your coffee to taste, and return to the freezer.

It’s nigh impossible to make good ice cream without an ice cream churn.
