Does Anyone Know The Recipe For The Chocolate Cheesecake At The Bubble Room In Captiva?

If you’ve been to the Bubble Room in Captiva, FL and know the recipe to the Chocolate Cheesecake I’d love to know it. I remember the crust was crushed mint milanos and there were cherries on top, there may have been a coffee flavor added. Anyone know?
