    Frappe:
    White 1 egg
    ½ cup cold water
    ½ cup ground coffee
    4 cups boiling water
    1 cup sugar
Beat white of egg slightly, add cold water, and mix with coffee; turn into scalded coffee-pot, add boiling water, and let boil one minute; place on back of range ten minutes; strain, add sugar, cool, and freeze to a mush, then fold in the whip obtained from cream.
Serve in frappe glasses, with whipped cream, sweetened and flavored.
    Ice Coffee:
    6-8 cups strong coffee
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
Combine brewed coffee and sweetened condensed milk in a large pitcher.
    Refrigerate until chilled.
    Serve over ice.
TIP- Use leftover coffee to make coffee ice cubes with.
Then you have the chill without getting watered down.
    Frappucino:
1/2 cup Strong Coffee – espresso if possible
    2 cups Milk
1/4 cup Sugar (more if desired)
    1 1/2 cup Ice
Combine all in a blender and blend well.
    Cappucino:
2 cups fat free skim or 1% lowfat milk
    1 tablespoon granulated sugar
2 cups strong, freshly brewed coffee
    Cinnamon or grated chocolate, optional
Place milk in 2-cup glass measuring cup. Microwave on 100 % power (high) until hot, about 2 minutes 20 seconds.
Place hot milk and sugar in a blender container. Cover with a vented lid and blend until frothy, about 1 minute.
To serve, divide coffee among 4 cups. Top each with frothy milk. Sprinkle with cinnamon or grated chocolate

Here’s a version of Arby’s Jamocha shake – it’s a little heavy, but very tasty.
    1 cup strong coffee, chilled
    1 cup milk
    3 tablespoons sugar
    3 cups vanilla ice cream
    3 tablespoons chocolate syrup
    1 dash salt
    3-4 ice cubes
    3-4 servings
    1) Blend coffee, milk, sugar, and salt.
    2) Add ice cream and syrup and blend until smooth.

The best icy coffee drink in my neighborhood is made by a mom and pop coffee stand that blends ice cream and espresso together. It is decadent. But have not mistake, although Starbucks claims their frappucinos are low fat, they are extraordinarily high in calories. Making them at home can help to control the high calorie aspects. Here is a link to epicurious.com with the search criteria non-alcoholic coffee drinks. They list both warm and cold. Some sound exotic. Check them out:http://www.epicurious.com/drinking/find/…

frap… flavoring , powder or syrup such as vanilla or mocha or caramel whatever you like these come in bottles like cherry flavoring with a pump on top just like at Starbucks or you can get a pour er, like on top of a liquor bottle or with practice just pour to your taste. then you have to have a frap mix powder form mix with water it is sweet and gets thick like cream then ice and a blender 2 or 3 pumps of flavoring about 6 or7 ounces of frap mix and a decent scoop of ice blend for 90 seconds and presto a frappucino. mix can be cream based or coffee based. a true cappuccino is espresso, steamed milk and lots of foam. no flavoring. not like what Americans are used to buying at the local gas station. those are closer to a latte. which has espresso, pumps of favorite flavoring, steamed milk and just about a half inch of foam on top.when you go Starbucks and they say (example) i need a three pump three shot low fat with foam, what they are saying is.. 3 pumps of syrup, 3 shots of espresso, steamed low fat milk and a spoonful of the foam that gets on top when you steam the milk.you really don’t even need a capp. machine just the ingredients and some practice.
