Blueberry Streusel coffee cake. You can change the recipe to another fruit or omit fruit and add nuts. The steusel is the best part. http://simplycooking-for5.blogspot.com/

    1pkg. yellow cake mix-super moist
1pkg. Jello vanilla instant Pudding & pie filling
    4 eggs
    1/2 cup vegetable oil
    1/2 cup cold water

Sprinkle nuts over bottom of the pan.
Mix all ingredients together. If you use a cake mix with pudding in the mix, omit pudding mix and use 3 eggs instead of 4. Pour batter over the nuts. Bake 1 hour, cool and invert on a serving plate.
    Glaze
    1/4 cup butter, melted
    1/2 cup white sugar
    1/8 cup of water
    1/4 amber or light rum
Stir water and sugar into melted butter in a saucepan. Boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in rum. Prick the top of the cake using a toothpick. Drizzle and smooth glaze evenly over top and sides. Allow cake to absorb the glaze. Repeat until the glaze is used up.
