When I tried to melt chocolate in my coffee, it just got gross. Anyone have any good recipes or ways to get around that?

Just add chocolate syrup instead – or get some liquid creamer (Coffeemate & International) that’s flavored. There are some wonderful flavors to use. But, this sounds like you’re just making mocha coffee….. For a latte, you’d then need to steam/froth your milk and put it on top of the ESPRESSO with the chocolate in it; sprinkle some cocoa powder on top
