   I make a chocolate syrup:
   1 cup water
   1 cup sugar
   1 cup dutched chocolate powder
   Boil for 3 minutes, let cool & store in fridge for up to 1 week (I use a squeeze bottle)
   Just add it to the hot coffee & stir: Instant Mocha.

   I call it “poor man’s mocha” because I am sticking a packet of instant hot cocoa mix into hot coffee instead of hot water. Saves me a trip to $tarbuck$ but not really a mocha since it’s made with coffee rather than espresso.
