I have recipes for plain chocolate truffles.. but what if I want to make different flavours like coffee, or mint?

mint trffles;;add your mint ex-tract(like how we have vanella; extract almond extract rasberry, extract ok we also have mint — ext,)so add it to your, hot cream(ganacheo),put a tea-spoon of mint extract and let it sit for 15to18 minutes. add your flavoring filling, same amout of milk and same amount of chocolate heat up the milk, pour your milk, over your chocolate,, mix,them together let it cool. roll your bite size petit ganacheo in-to round size bite androll again in cocoa or dipp in melt chocolate.,—– you can add al kind of fruits oranges, strawberry raspberry and you can add aii kind of nut almond pecan walnut et-cetera. enjoy your bite size mint chocolate truffle. take care.

add a few mint leaves to the hot cream you are using for the ganache, or add a teaspoon of coffee, let it sit for a few minutes to infuse then strain and continue with the recipe. roll the cooled ganache into balls then either roll in cocoa/sprinkles/coconut, or dip in melted chocolate.

you flavor the ganash (the filling) take equal parts milk and chocolate. heat up the milk and add whatever flavor you want to the milk then pour the milk over the chocolate. mix together until the smooth and creamy.
