If you have a blender…
I brew up a pot of extra strong coffee or espresso.
Fill the blender 1/3 full of cooled coffee
Fill to 2/3 full with milk or chocolate milk
Add ice til it’s almost full (You can use part or all ice cream instead of ice to make it more like a shake)
Add about 1/2 cup of chocolate syrup (this can be good ol’ Hershey’s or you can melt a really nice chocolate)
Blend
You can change the proportions and the flavor variations are endless, white chocolate, caramel, anything that goes well with coffee, including liquors!
