How Do I Make Algerian Coffee/kava?

When I was in eastern Europe there was a drink call “Algerian kava” in basically every restaturant. I have never seen it in USA. I really miss the drink, so if anyone have recipe I would really appericate it. Thank you.

    Much of Middle Eastern coffee is very finely ground, boiled, and poured into a cup without filtering. Hard to say waht it was that you were drinking, but this stuff always leaves a sludge at the bottom of the cup.
