How Do I Make Homemade Coffee Creamer?

October 2nd, 2009 by Rexx

I would like to make a peppermint-flavored coffee creamer out of peppermint extract and fresh cream. Does anyone have a recipe/method for this? (I do NOT want to use an artifical sweetener or corn syrup, nor do I want to use powdered creamer.) Thanks for your help.

All I do is put about 1/2 teaspoon of the extract in the coffee grounds, brew, add my cream and sugar. I have done this with: vanilla, hazelnut, chocolate, banana, rum, and coconut extracts…it’s great and much easier and cheaper than flavored coffees or creams.

Since this is under non-alcoholic drinks, be sure your extract doesn’t have alcohol in it
