		<description>All I do is put about 1/2 teaspoon of the extract in the coffee grounds, brew, add my cream and sugar.  I have done this with: vanilla, hazelnut, chocolate, banana, rum, and coconut extracts...it&#039;s great and much easier and cheaper than flavored coffees or creams.</description>
