How Do You Make A Strawberry Creme Tea Latte (hot)? Like At Coffee Bean?

I love strawberry cream/creme tea lattes but i spend way to much on them. i would love to know how to make them at home or in the office. can someone share the recipe with me. THANK YOU!

Stovetop Latte
Stovetop Latte (2 Servings)
Ingredients:
1-1/3 cups fat-free milk
2 teaspoons sugar
2/3 cup hot strong brewed coffee
2 teaspoons strawberry extract
In a small saucepan, combine milk and sugar. Whisk over medium heat until foamy and steaming (do not boil). Slowly pour into mugs. Pour coffee through the foam. Sprinkle with cinnamon if desired.
