How To Come Up With Drink Recipes For A New Cafe?

I was thinking of opening Starbucks like cafe, but instead of serving coffee drinks there would be tea based drinks, smoothies and other healthy drinks, but the main problem im having is coming up with recipes. Is there someone i could hire to do that for me? Any tips were i could find recipes? Where and how did starbucks comes up with their recipes?
BTW i live in a small European country.

hmm…
the best thing to do is look around for websites at google or something that have tea and healthy drink recipes or buy a drink recipe book at a supermarket or something. you could even just search for family recipes and stuff and write them down one by one.
it might also be fun to just mix things together and try to make your own brand new combinations…

Go to cafe’s as a “customer” and try drinks. If you like one ask how they make it and start a menu.
