I Have No Sour Cream For This Coffee Cake! Help!?

I am making coffee cake but I don’t have any sour cream. the recipe requires 1/2 sour cream. I was told there was some in my fridge in the basement. but there is none. people said you could use yogurt. But my yogurt went mouldy. people said you could use buttermilk. But i only have 1% milk that says it tastes like 2%. I need help! What can yo do instead of sour cream? thnx!

    take normal fresh cream, not less then 30-33%. squeeze into it a few drops fresh lemon juice and in a warm place your cream will turn ’sour’ in a few minutes. if your cream has room temperature it is more or less instant
