I Love Coffee Of Late And Want To Make It Interesting. Any Spiced Coffee Suggestions?

So far in my coffee maker, I put in cinnamon sticks, cloves and add a little nutmeg before I brew my coffee, but i would like to vary it. I even have a recipe which uses fennel in, but have yet to try it, but what do you use to make a good spiced coffee?
And how do you make an iced coffee?

The way we make iced coffee is simple:
First it’s essential to brew double-strength coffee. So if you usually add 6 TBSP of coffee per 6 cups water, add 12 TBSP. You need the strength because the ice you add will dilute the coffee later.
Let the brewed coffee come to room temp, then pop it into the fridge to cool completely. Once cooled, add your flavorings.
I like mine sweet and blond, so I add a good bit of half and half or milk and a few teaspoons of sugar. You could also add some vanilla extract, hazelnut syrup, chocolate syrup, etc. Then combine with as much ice as you prefer. Simple

I *love* the newer chocolate raspberry creamer by, I think, Coffeemate. YUM. Tastes like raspberry truffles.
For iced coffee, I usually brew regular coffee and let it get cold (not pour it over ice hot because the ice melts, obviously, and makes it watery). I then add creamer of my choice.
