White Russian
1 1/2 oz Vodka
3/4 oz Kahlua
3/4 oz Light Cream or Milk
Mix the vodka and kahlua together then float the cream on top. Add ice if desired.
Rum Runner
INGREDIENTS:
4 oz orange juice
1/2 oz blackberry brandy
1/2 oz crème de banane
1 1/2 oz gold rum
dash of Falernum or grenadine
PREPARATION:
Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake well. Strain into a chilled hurricane glass.
Amaretto sour
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Amaretto
3 oz Sour mix
Mixing instructions:
Shake and strain. Garnish with a cherry and an orange slice.
Margarita
1 1/2 ounces tequila
1/2 ounce triple sec
1 ounce lemon juice or lime juice
Rub rim of cocktail glass with rind of lemon or lime, dip rim in salt. Shake ingredients with ice and strain into the salt-rimmed glass.
Mudslide
1/2 fluid ounce Kahlua
1/2 fluid ounce Bailey’s Irish Cream
1/2 fluid ounce vodka
1 fluid ounce milk
Pour ingredients over ice and stir.

White Russian = Vodka, Kahlua (coffee liquor), Cream (used to be my signature drink)
You can make Tequila sunrise = Tequila, OJ, Grenadine
Screwdriver = Vodka and OJ
rum you can pretty much mix with anything
“Godmother” = equal parts of Vodka and Amaretto

Perfect white russian either you use absolut, grey goose or stolichnaya vodka (premiums is best). Then add kahlua and milk. This is the original white russian recipe.
