I then put it in a pitcher & stick it in the fridge... let it get nice and cold. When I'm ready to have a glass, I load up on ice cubes, add some lowfat creamer and splenda. I love it. What my mom would do, is the same thing except she kept a full pitcher already mixed with creamer and sugar. You can add flavors like vanilla, but it's all to your own taste.
