————————————–…
Serves 4 (approximately 6 oz. serving)
1/4 cup black coffee (room temperature)
1/4 cup milk* (plus a little more, if needed, for smooth blending)
1 cup chocolate ice cream (see Diane’s Tip below)
1 teaspoon almond extract
1 cup crushed ice (or smallest cubes possible)
2 Tablespoons chocolate syrup
Cinnamon, for dusting
Optional
*Milk options: whole milk, skim milk, soy milk, etc.
4 teaspoons of sugar or two packets of sugar substitute (to taste)
Extra scoops of ice cream, for garnish
Whipped cream, for topping
Place black coffee, milk, ice cream, almond extract and crushed ice in blender jar. Add sugar or sugar substitute only if desired. (The taste is quite sweet without it!)
With blender lid securely closed, pulse blender until mixture is smooth. If blades get stuck, add a little more milk.
Pour 1 Tablespoon of chocolate syrup into the bottom of each glass. (This makes the drink look and taste even more delectable.)
Divide the coffee frappe between your glasses and dust with cinnamon. Serve immediately!
Chef’s Tip: It’s best to use precrushed ice; if using ice cubes, choose the smallest ones possible to avoid harming the blades of your blender.
Tip: Try vanilla ice cream with vanilla extract.
Starbucks Java Chip Frappuccino – this is one I haven’t made yet.
4 tablespoon Chocolate syrup
4 tablespoon Chocolate chips
4 cups Double-strength freshly brewed dark roast coffee
Chopped or crushed ice
Whipped cream(optional)
Chocolate syrup (for drizzle, optional)
Fill blender half full with chopped or crushed ice. Add all ingredients (except whipped cream) and blend until thick and still icy.
Pour into 4 tall glasses, top with whipping cream and drizzle chocolate over the whipped cream.
Now this was some good stuff –
coffee make it double stong and place it in the fridge for a week. Then take 1/2 of the coffee, 1/2 organic skim milk, 1 T of coffeemate, and 1-2 T sugar-free flavored syrup.

Cinnamon Caramel Iced Coffee
6 tbs ground coffee
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup caramel dessert syrup

Mix the cinnamon into your loose ground coffee and then brew a pot of coffee by whatever method you prefer. Add the caramel syrup to the cinnamon-spiced coffee, and stir well until completely dissolved. Chill through in the fridge, and serve over ice cubes, with added milk or sugar to taste.
