		<description>I use powdered creamer as the liquid in a lot of my cake frostings and mix equal parts - 1 c creamer and 1 c water.  It will stay good in the fridge for a LONG time.  I will admit that I haven&#039;t put it in coffee, so it might be strong, but that just means you wouldn&#039;t have to use as much.  Good luck!</description>
