I love Ethiopian organic and this is a great coffee. 100% arabica beans that are perfectly medium roasted.

Not what I expected
This is a dark roast, which is not stated anywhere on the product. It’s almost a burnt taste, like some of Starbucks’ coffees.

Smooth, just add a little cream

Impressive for the first 4 pots
Coffee is great for the first 4 pots then starts to taste “old”. This is kind of obvious due to the 90 lb package!
