Recipe For Dark Chocolate Cookies?

My bf loves dark chocolate and he will be leaving soon on a trip. I want to send some awesome cookies with him. He also is a great lover of all things coffee. Is there anyone out there who has a recipe for maybe some dark chocolate and espresso cookies? Or just a really great cookie recipe using dark chocolate? Please help!
