Recipe For Powdered Coffee Creamer That Does Not Call For Storebought Creamer?
July 28th, 2009 by Rexx
I want to make some healthy powdered creamer to keep at home for when we run out of milk.
I think storebought non-dairy creamer is unhealthy, but it is the main ingredient in every homeade creamer recipe I can find.

Ordinary nonfat instant milk tastes ok, but Milkman instant milk has a bit of milkfat in it and thus tastes better, even if more expensive: http://www.rei.com/product/520003
