		<description>You will need eight scoops of coarsely ground coffee to add to the carafe. (the scoop that comes with the press)  My preference is Christopher Bean Colombian Coffee.  Add four cups boiling water to the carafe and stir,fill to within about an inch of the top.  Place lid assemblyy on carafe.  Brew four minutes.  Press the plunger down slowly to filter the coffee.  Pour into individual cups and add about two ounces of half n half.  If you enjoy flavored creamer, you may use that instead of half n half.  I sweeten mine with a packet of Splenda.</description>
