(the scoop that comes with the press) My preference is Christopher Bean Colombian Coffee. Add four cups boiling water to the carafe and stir,fill to within about an inch of the top. Place lid assemblyy on carafe. Brew four minutes. Press the plunger down slowly to filter the coffee. Pour into individual cups and add about two ounces of half n half.
