		<description>It sounds like you added too much liquid this time - just I usually always rap my pan on the counter a few times before baking to get rid of some of the bubbles.  maybe that will help next time</description>

		<description>That means your oven is slightly too hot- the crust forms before the inside and it bursts through as its trying to rise. Basically you need to lower the temp on your oven, cover the cake with foil and cook it for longer. Also do not change the temp on the oven while the cake is cooking!!</description>
