What Are Some Good Coffee Brownie Recipes Where You Can Really Taste The Coffee Part?

June 12th, 2009 by Rexx

ok so i googled coffee brownie recipes but most of them mention that you don’t get much of a coffee-chocolatey flavor, and what you do get is just a bolder chocolate flavor. i’m ok with that, but i really wanna taste the coffee! : ) do you know any tried and true recipes or ones that you think sound good?

    2-3 Tbsp instant coffee
    1. in a large bowl, blend together the butter and sugar.
    2. add vanilla, eggs, melted chocolate, coffee, flour and chocolate chips.
    3. pour into a greased and floured 9×13 inch pan and bake at 325 F for 35 minutes.

I don’t have a recipe, but I add 3 tbs instant coffee powder to the water whenever I make a mix. You could just keep stirring in more until you have the intensity you like. Just adding brewed coffee instead of water doesn’t sound like it will be enough for you.
