What Is A Recipe For A Low-cal, Low-fat, Frozen Coffee Drink That Doesn’t Require A Blender?

I love frozen coffee but I’m trying to lose wait. I need a better recipe than the one I have! Help!

    Wow you have something here! Make yourself some iced coffee by filling a tall glass (about 12-16 ounces) with 3 shots of espresso. Add ice fill to within 1/2 inch of top with icecubes and non fat milk. Stir and sweeten to taste with Stevia or Sweet n Low.

    I don’t know of any way to actually have a frozen coffee drink without a blender. However, you can make coffee and freeze it in an ice cube tray. Make your coffee with fat free creamer and splenda (or other sugar substitute), allow to cool and add the coffee “ice” cubes. This gives you a refreshing cold coffee drink for summertime.

    buy shredded ice at the store first. then, take cold coffee, and hot chocolate mix, put the coffee in the cup along with the hot coco mix then add the shredded ice and mix together with a spoon.
