the cream base itself is made from nonfat milk and packets of a powder that starbucks sends us (i&#039;ve never really taken the time to read all the ingredients, but it&#039;s basically a sweetened dairy powder).
i think what the people you&#039;ve talked to are thinking of is the dccf&#039;s sister beverage, the java chip frappuccino, in which the cream base is replaced with the coffee base.
