Whats A Good Cereal To Eat During Weight Loss? && Any Good Fresh Fruit Smoothie Recipes?

please i’m trying to loose weight (30lbs) by the summer. i weigh 170…
in a nutshell here is wut i basically eat:
oatmeal w/ strawberries & coffee, nature valley crunchy oats bars, 100% whole wheat sandwhich w/ one hard boiled egg inside (thats my sandwhich lol), apple, 1 serving of special k cereal (fat free milk tastes kind of like water), broccoli w/ tuna OR chicken boiled in water, light yogurt w/ oats.
i would like to maybe sqeeze in a smoothie instead of a yogurt or something..any good recipes??
& whats the best cereal i can eat instead of special k??
i kno there’s healthier!
extra info:
i do cardio for 2 1/2 hrs. (i jog 2 miles in that) 6 days a week & drink tons of water! i come out drenched of the gym ;D

    I’m a smoothie addict!!!
    I ALWAYS add a packet of “emergen-c” to mine to boost up the vitamins and give me NATURAL energy. (Unlike energy drink which you will crash from later)
    I dont add yogurt because I dont feel the need. If I want a creamy smoothie, I use rice milk. (Sweeter, lighter, and much better in smoothies than soy milk)
    Peach, Banana, and orange is good
    Pineapple, banana, and orange is also good
    Peanut butter and banana’s makes a good meal replacement
    Mango, banana, and papaya
    Then theres always the berry blend smoothie and the strawberry banana
    (I add 1/4 cup simply orange juice to it for liquid with ice…and I usually use a banana because it gives good texture to the smoothie!)

    any cereal that has multi grain in it should be good for you.
    some good smothies;
    you can have
    -banana milk smoothy.
    -pineapple and honey with low fat milk.
    -strawberry and malt with soy milk and honey for flavor.
    -fresh ginger with some lime and brown sugar mixed with fresh green tea.
    -fresh pineapple and orange cocktail.
    -raspberry and cherries mixed with a tablespoon of oatmeal flour milk and brown sugar.

    you are eating way too many carbs and not enough protein and fats. eating as you currently are will never allow you to lose fat. I would never recommend ANY cereal for breakfast when trying to lose fat. I’d recommend a meal consisting of protein & fats only. Matter of fact, I’d recommend every meal be protein & fats only.
    it takes you 2 1/2 hours to jog 2 miles? I think your watch is broken.

    Special K, Cheerios, and Oatmeal Crisp are 3 good cereals to eat during weight loss. You can even eat them dry during the day. Do not drink any soda pop, even Diet soda. Start drinking water.

    Well usually I put yogurt in my smoothies, but when I’m out I usually just blend some fresh fruit (like a banana or a cup of blueberries and a pinch of sugar) with a cup of milk or soy milk.

    total would be good or cheerios.
    as for smoothies, bled together some fruit of your choice (my favorite are strawberries, blueberries and bananas.) a little low fat milk and ice.

    Bran flakes is the best cereal…and as for smoothies just blend up fruit such as banana and strawberries and if u want u could add some low fat youghurt or milk and crushed ice..blend all together and enjoy!

    Trader Joe’s O’s. They are basically like chherios except only Trader Joe’s sells them and they don’t have that much calories.
