i love the caramel frappacino at starbucks and i just got the recipe from a friend who made it up and it tastes exactly the same!
Ingredients
* 1/2 cup cold coffee
* 3 tablespoons sugar
* 1/2 cup milk
* 2 cups ice
* 3 tablespoons caramel syrup
* whipped cream (optional)
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients into blender.
2. Blend drink until ice is crushed and smooth.
3. Serve in coffee cups and top with whipped cream and caramel syrup (if desired).

1 cup strong coffee, cooled to room temp
6 big scoops coffee ice cream
2-3 tablespoons chocolate covered espresso beans
1/2 cup half and half or milk
Directions
Place coffee in blender with ice cream and half and half or milk. Add in a palmful of chocolate covered espresso beans, if you like. Blend until smooth and serve immediately.

Bailey’s Coffee Drink -serves 6
12 cups brewed coffee
1 pint French vanilla ice cream
12 fluid ounces Irish cream liqueur
Directions
Brew 12 cups of coffee. While the coffee is brewing, fill each cup with a scoop of ice cream. Be sure to use large cups (the oversized types you get at coffee houses are best). Top each scoop of ice cream with just enough Irish cream so that the ice cream looks lightly coated.
When the coffee is brewed, pour it so that each cup is filled up about halfway. It is then up to each individual to add more Irish cream, half-and-half, or sugar to suit his/her taste.

1/4 cup crème de cacao
1 1/2 tablespoons Tia Maria liqueur
1 1/2 tablespoons dark rum
48 oz (6 cups) water
4 cups hot coffee
4 tablespoons cappuccino mix
powdered non-dairy creamer
grated nutmeg
4 cinnamon sticks
Preparation:
Whip cream in advance and chill
Combine crème de cacao, Tia Maria, and rum in a glass measuring cup.
Bring water to a boil. Pour water into four 12 oz mugs. Add 1 tablespoon cappuccino mix to each mug and stir well. Stir in powdered coffee creamer to taste. Add 1 tablespoon liqueur mix to each mug and stir well.
Spoon dollops of whipped cream on top and garnish with a sprinkle of nutmeg and cinnamon sticks.
JitterBug Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 cup strongly brewed coffee, room temperature
2 cups vanilla frozen yogurt
2 bananas, frozen and sliced
1 Tbsp. toffeenut, hazelnut, vanilla or almond-flavored syrup
Preparation:
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Makes 2 servings.
Café de Olla: Mexican Coffee
In Mexico, coffee is generally taken sweet, and the traditional recipe calls for it to be flavored with sugar and cinnamon in the pot, or olla, before it is brought to the table. It is drunk late at night as well as in the morning.
Ingredients:
4 cups water
2 tablespoons medium-grind coffee
1 stick cinnamon
2 tablespoons brown sugar or piloncillo, or to taste
Preparation:
Bring the water to boil in a medium saucepan, add the coffee, cinnamon and sugar and continue boiling for 30 seconds. Remove cinnamon, stir and strain into mugs. Serves 4.

Ingredients:
2 oz Bushmills Irish Whiskey
2 teaspoons cream de menthe (green or white)
1/2 oz creme de cacao (white or brown)
4 oz freshly brewed strong black coffee
Preparation:
Stir thoroughly and then add a thick cap of whipped cream; place Hershey’s Kiss on top.

Ingredients:
1 oz Jose Cuervo Especial
5 oz freshly brewed hot coffee
1 package hot cocoa mix
1/2 oz coffee brandy
Garnish: whipped cream
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in a coffee mag and top with whipped cream.
Mexican Coffee
Want something to sip after dinner on these cold winter nights? Try this incredibly delicious recipe for Mexican Coffee. It’s incomparable. Serves four.
Ingredients:
4 cups steaming coffee or decaf
2 ounces tequila
2 ounces Kahlua
2 ounces brandy
2 ounces Rompope (a creamy vanilla Mexican liqueur) or Irish Cream if unavailable
whipped cream to garnish
Preparation:
Heat four mugs by placing in hot water or heating in microwave. Into heated mugs, add half an ounce each of tequila, Kahlua, brandy and Rompope. Top off with hot coffee or decaf and whipped cream. Serve immediately in front of a roaring fire.

3 cups white sugar
4 cups water
1/4 cup instant coffee granules
1 (750 milliliter) bottle vodka
1 vanilla bean
Preparation:
In a saucepan, combine sugar, water and instant coffee. Bring to a boil, then let simmer gently for 1 hour. Remove from heat, and cool completely.
When mixture is cool, Stir in vodka. Place vanilla bean in bottle and fill with coffee/vodka mixture. Allow liqueur to set for 4 to 6 weeks after preparation.
