Where Do You Get Caffeine If Not In Coffee Or Tea? I Want To Make A Diy Energy Drink Because I Love Energy?

September 29th, 2009 by Rexx

drinks but I don’t like all the sugar and I can’t do sucralose at all. So i studied the ingredients on some of my favorites, stockpiled a lot of B vitamins, and amino acids and stuff. But all of the recipes seem to require caffeine. I’m fine with caffeine but I didn’t know it existed outside of coffee and tea. Where do you get it. I don’t like coffee or tea so I don’t want to use those as the source of the caffeine.

You can always go to a pharmacy or places like the vitamin shoppe and find an energy supplement. Or even caffeine pills. BUT, please make sure you don’t overdue the recommended dosage listed on the original packaging. As far as sweeteners, you can try liquid stevia too. It’s natural and a little goes a long way. I’d also recommend a book on beverage or regular drink (no alcohol) recipes. Good luck =)

A great, tasteless source of caffeine is taurine, which you can get at pharmacies as powder or pills.

    Chocolate.
If you don’t want sugar use unsweetened cocoa powder( dark)
    or a bar of Bittersweet.
