My husband was stationed in sicily from 1980-1990 with the us navy,while there he fell in love with a expresso based coffee drink referred to by the locals as cafe dopo. It’s a 2 shot thick expresso drink sometimes heavily sweetened. I am trying to find any one who can tell me how to prepare this. Also would like any expresso based drink recipes I can find. If it uses coffee beens and you can drink it i want the recipe. I am very interested in any recipes and are sicillian or italian. My husband is a true coffee lover so this year on our 5th anniversary (christmas day) I want to give him his own coffee lovers surprise including a book of every coffee recipe I can find.If anyone knows about the cafe dopo I mentioned earlier this would be the number 1 recipe

The question is sort of self-explanatory, so can anyone help out?I don’t need recipes or anything, just the name of the food and what it is basically (like a coffee, tea, cake ect). If there’s a Japanese name for the food/drink I would like to hear, but it it’s in katakana then don’t worry, because I can’t read that @,@

just scored a trial at a cafe, wat type of stuff would i be doing?on my first day at a small cafe, r cash registers hard? and r coffee machines hard 2 use? wats some basic coffee making recipes so i no how to do it? would the manager EXPECT me 2 no how 2 make coffee?or wil she teach ME?? I was thinking of opening Starbucks like cafe, but instead of serving coffee drinks there would be tea based drinks, smoothies and other healthy drinks, but the main problem im having is coming up with recipes. Is there someone i could hire to do that for me? Any tips were i could find recipes? Where and how did starbucks comes up with their recipes?
BTW i live in a small European country.

Just came back from Thailand and I am in LOVE with the country. Cant wait to return…but until then I want to try to make coconut milk coffee at home. Any help would be great. Thank you

Cafe Vienna
26 mugs
1/2 cup instant coffee
2/3 cup powdered sugar
2/3 cup powdered milk
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Mix together.
Store in a small canister.
Use 1 tablespoon per mug of hot water.

HOT WHITE CHOCOLATE MOCHA
Yield: 2 Servings
1/2 c Chopped white chocolate
1 tb Instant espresso powder
1 1/2 c Hot milk
1 ts Pure vanilla extract
Cinnamon or sifted cocoa
Place the chocolate in a blender. Add the espresso powder, hot milk
and vanilla. Blend until frothy.
Pour the hot chocolate into mugs an dust with cinnamon or cocoa.
Serves 2
