I’ve been wanting to use non-dairy creamer for recipes, and the powdered in the coffee aisle is just so much cheaper than the usual “Silk” brand in the dairy section. Is there some conversion method to make the powder into a liquid?
Thanks

I don’t know the exact recipe you are referring to, but it has to be liquid creamer. Hope your truffles come out great!

I tried, but no luck (sorry). I just went to google and typed in knephla soup. I came up with several recipes but none with powdered coffee creamer. Admittedly, I just looked at the first few recipes, so you might want to take a closer look. Also, FYI, I don’t know which is the correct spelling but I saw that some people spell it “knefla” so you might want to try that also.

It was very easy used coffee creamer and canned milk, I think sweetened condensed and something else and then when it reached a certain temp you added flavoring to it

I want to make this at home instead of buying it at the store. I can find all kinds of dry recipes but I would like to make the liquid type.

I would like to make a peppermint-flavored coffee creamer out of peppermint extract and fresh cream. Does anyone have a recipe/method for this? (I do NOT want to use an artifical sweetener or corn syrup, nor do I want to use powdered creamer.) Thanks for your help.
