in a nutshell here is wut i basically eat:
oatmeal w/ strawberries & coffee, nature valley crunchy oats bars, 100% whole wheat sandwhich w/ one hard boiled egg inside (thats my sandwhich lol), apple, 1 serving of special k cereal (fat free milk tastes kind of like water), broccoli w/ tuna OR chicken boiled in water, light yogurt w/ oats.
i would like to maybe sqeeze in a smoothie instead of a yogurt or something..any good recipes??

I need to gain some weight so for a snack today I was planning to have a milkshake. Can you give me any suggestions on some recipes? These are the things I currently have in my kitchen: (and I’m lactose intolerant)
Peanut Butter lactose free ice cream
Vanilla Silk Light soy milk
BOOST – Vanilla flavor
Ensure – Strawberry, Chocolate, Coffee, Vanilla, and Butter Pecan flavor
Coconut lactose free sorbet
Lactaid 2% milk
Smucker’s Chocolate syrup
A frozen banana
Regular bananas
Cherry ice cream
Vanilla fudge caramel swirl ice cream
Soy yogurt
Okay, I know that’s a lot of stuff, but I’m totally out of inspiration and I want to have a unique milkshake that is nutritious, delicious, yadda yadda. (=

I don’t have any flavor oils or anything like that, but I want some good recipes using tea bags and unique sweetners. Please and thanks.
Also, is there a way to make a frozen tea, kind of like frozen coffee and hot chocolate?

In the Kraft Family Magazine summer issue 2006, their is a recipe for “cream cheese squares” page 63. It is a coffee cake topped with cinnamon and sugar and filled with cream cheese. The crust is made from cressent rolls. I was wondering if anyone has tried this recipe and how was it.

Can the recipe have no cinnamon, shortening, vanilla or almond extract, nutmeg, cocoa, ground coffee, and unsweetened chocolate?
(Just the simplest ingredients: flour, sugar, butter, eggs, chocolate morsels, nuts, etc., please)

Yesterday I went to one of my friends birthday party and her mom made the best cake ever! It was a regular chocolate cake with a really thin layer of chocolate icing in the middle and the icing on the outside was chocolate-coffee (I know that the coffee was Maxwells House if that helps) I would apriciate The whole recipe but If you have a recipe for the icing please tell me!If you need anything else just ask!:]]
Thanks!!!!!

So I’m baking a cake for my cousin’s birthday, and I need a good recipe for a chocolate cake (she’s turning 10, so no coffee or any other “adult tastes”, please).
I don’t want it to be too sweet and since I’m planning on making 2 or 3 levels, it has to rise and become quite tall (somewhere between 2 and 2.5 inches is good).

I bought a bottle of Mernaya Honey and Pepper vodka tonight because it looked interesting. Well, it’s not terrible, but it’s not a sipper. It isn’t very sweet or very spicy and the vodka has a strong flavor to it. I’m trying to find a recipe that will compliment the flavors. I tried mixing it with some homemade coffee liqueur and that was pretty tasty but I don’t want the caffiene in the liqueur to keep me up all night. Any ideas?

I’m looking for a good home made Latte recipe, i don’t have a coffee maker yet, but i’ll get one soon.
How to use the flavored syrup in it, what’s the proper amount? is it okay to use flavored syrups with black coffee??
